Scanning through the Value list, two stocks stick out.
PACR - Air Delivery & Freight Service
ATSG - Air Delivery & Freight Service

Both stocks have a high momentum ranking along with a low valuation. PACR had an 103% EPS change last QTR and has seen 3 consecutive quarters of EPS accelartion. ATSG announced some new agreements with DHL in March.

Both stocks have had decent moves in the past two days, so I won't be buying any time soon. IF the market continues higher, these two could be a decent buy on pullback.
