Stockfinder Layout

I've been working on cleaning up the Stock Finder scripts and updating everything with the most recent versions of the Bluefin breakouts. You can download the file by clicking "Share" from the top menu and select "Browse other users shared files". The layout is named "Patientfisherman_Signals".

Dan,

I'm a BF member and do not understand this post.

First, I don't see the Share menu in BF.

I also don't understand the purpose in downloading this layout.

This is not for Bluefin. This is for Stock Finder, a different product that many members use. If you do not own Stock Finder, you can ignore this post.

I did a search and see you are referring to the Worden program. Do you use both SF and TC?

During trading hours I use Bluefin. On weekends, when I'm doing research I will use TC or SF.

I found the file in StockFinder, however it asked for a password to open?

Ok, there was an issue with the old Layout. I created a new one Patientfisherman_Signals, no password. Give it a try.

Hi Dan, thanks for the great share!

I have two coding questions.

1) What does price.avg (5,1) mean?
2) What is the harpoon condition for? I am assuming that is the exit signal?

takes the average price since yesterday + 5 previous days.

Harpoon is another scan in Bluefin. It is an entry signal. You can find more here:
