While we're sitting in cash, now is a good time to review the stocks and sectors holding up.
One sector showing some strength is REIT-Residential, ranked #7 in Bluefin. These companies are involved in retirement housing, apartment communties and student housing. Earnings are less than stellar, but worth keeping an eye on.
