How to Use the Mutual Fund Ranking Tool

The mutual fund ranking tool has been updated. We have added the StockBee Trend Intensity ranking to the sheet. To use the spreadsheet, go to: Mutual Fund Ranking Tool.

After opening the spreadsheet:

1. Click the File Menu and select "Make A Copy"
2. Close this Document and open your newly saved Copy.
3. Enter your Mutual Fund symbols in Column A. You will replace the existing mutual fund symbols with your new symbols.

Optional: To Create More Rows:

Select that row from A15 to k15. When you do this a small blue square will be visible in right corner of cell k15. Just drag that square down for as many rows as you want.

Once you have entered all of your symbols, sort the list by the column named “STI”. Since a fund already consists of a large basket of stocks, I take the top ranked mutual fund and put all my 401k and 403B funds in a single fund. You can take the top three if you’re looking to distribute your money across more funds.
